Responsiveness - Over the years the biggest complaint I have heard from local homeowners is the companies they call for home repair never show up to start the job or never return calls. This will not happen with me. About 99 percent of my business is generated from referrals from prior customers.

We do it all - I offer the unique service of being proficient in many different trades eliminating the burden of the homeowner having several different specialty contractors going in and out of the home and multiple billings. I am not the typical contractor I will do very large projects and even the small home repair projects.

Specializing in Rentals - If you are buying rental homes to flip or have a rental that needs refurbishing for a new tenant, give me a call. This is one of my specialties. I have had rentals of my own and can advise you ways to make a rental very attractive and still keep the repair cost to a minimum.
